- Cancellation within 24 hours → 20% cancellation charge will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
- After 24 hours, cancellation is not available. Once you submit your details, our resources are allocated and a large amount is already spent on advertising and operations. Whether you complete the process or not, expenses are incurred, so refunds are not possible after 24 hours.
- If documents are not submitted within 7 days, the application will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be issued.

- after refund is approved it will get credited to your original payment method i=within 5-7 business days.
Important Note:
It must be clearly understood by every client that our company spends a significant amount on advertising through Google and other platforms, apart from fixed and recurring business costs. We pay for ads on a per-click basis. This means costs are incurred the moment a customer clicks our advertisement, even if the client does not proceed with submitting documents or completing the process. These expenses are borne by our company, which is why strict refund limitations apply.
7.Force Majeure
shopactregistration.in shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of god or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force majeure event”).
