- Click on New Shop Act Form

- If you have employees up to 9 then select the first option, else select the second option which says employees more than 10.

- Fill the form carefully in English and in Marathi

- Prepare Documents to Upload

- Resize the Aadhar size and Shop Photo to 75KB-100KB and Photo and Signature to 5KB-20KB

- Make Payment and Download The Form F and Intimation Receipt

- Please note that if you have less than 10 employees, Only Intimation receipt will be provided. No need to get a digitally signed certificate.
