1. 1. If you have employees up to 9 then select the first option, else select the second option which says employees more than 10.

1. 1. Fill the form carefully in English and in Marathi

1. 1. Prepare Documents to Upload

1. 1. Resize the Aadhar size and Shop Photo to 75KB-100KB and Photo and Signature to 5KB-20KB

1. 1. Make Payment and Download The Form F and Intimation Receipt

1. 1. Please note that if you have less than 10 employees, Only Intimation receipt will be provided. No need to get a digitally signed certificate.
