After coming to this page , create your account by registering yourself . The process is very easy. You just need Aadhar card and Mobile Number. If you have already created your account then just simply enter your details and click on “LOGIN”
After you logged in successfully you will get the services page. you can search for “Shop Act” and then click next.
You will then get redirected to lms.mahaonline.gov.in. Enter your credentials which you have created in earlier step.
Click on New Application.
You need to fill the form in English as well as in Marathi Language . It will look like this
If you have applied for shop act online earlier then select “Online Registration” and If You have applied Manually then select ” Manual Registration”.
After selecting the desired field you will be asked to enter Application Number and Registration Number.
Put the Old application number and registration number in the respective fields carefully.
It will then ask you to put old date of registration and date of expiry. Select the proper date and fill the other details of business like Business name, Owner details address and other Mandatory Fields.
